Well... highlight of it definetely was host Mikko listing 63 Russian composers he know in a minute or so with a speed of light. We just loved that, if some one has it recorded - let me know.
The opening was perfect. As opening of semi was bad, they put all resorces into it and it was just amazing, the most expensive video in Finnish history with Lordi as highlight of it.
Speaking about the performances, there were no major flaws, all were pretty decent. Koldun didn't attempt high note and there was no blood in performance of Hayko. Frenchs are still murdering their song and Finland is heading for another low finish (finnish
for hosts. Ukraine is amazingly accepted in the hall and starts as a huge favourite. Moldova is biggest dark horse.

OK, Eurovision 2008 will take place on 22nd of May semifinal, on 24th of May final. Meeting of heads of delegations will take place on 17-18 of March. There won't be any change in format for the next year.
The format change with 2 semis will happen probably since 2009. It is certain that countries will be divided by draw.
This year besides Eurovision participating countries contest will be broadcasted in Azerbaijan, Australia and Kosovo.
